1.1 Eligibility to List

• All users must create an account to list items or services on Namfinder.com.
• Users must provide accurate and complete information about the items or services they are listing.

1.2 Listing Fees

• Fees for listing items or services will be clearly outlined at the time of listing.
• Fees are non-refundable once the listing is live, except under specific conditions outlined in our cancellation policy.

1.3 Prohibited Listings

• Users are prohibited from listing illegal items, counterfeit goods, or services that violate local or international laws.
• Namfinder.com reserves the right to remove any listings that violate our policies or are deemed inappropriate.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Listing Cancellation by Advertiser

• Advertisers may cancel their listings at any time by contacting our customer support team at support@namfinder.com.
• Refunds for listing fees will be issued as store credit if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of the listing going live.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 7 days.

2.2 Listing Removal by Namfinder.com

• Namfinder.com reserves the right to remove any listings that violate our policies without prior notice. No refunds will be issued for listings removed due to policy violations.

3. Dispute Resolution

3.1 Between Buyers and Sellers

• Namfinder.com is a platform for connecting buyers and sellers and is not involved in the actual transactions between them.
• Any disputes arising from a transaction should be resolved directly between the buyer and seller.
• Namfinder.com may offer mediation services but is not obligated to resolve disputes.

• Misleading or false information is strictly prohibited.

• Users are responsible for ensuring that their listings do not infringe on any third-party rights.
